Admission Guidelines

  1. Once a decision on a candidate’s application for admission is taken, the college will not entertain any personal representation, correspondence, or telephonic inquiries on the subject.
  2. Admissions are made on merit basis and admission to a course is closed as soon as the seats are filled. Information in this regard will be notified on the College Notice Board.
  3. A candidate can take admission only in one course in one college at any given time. In case a student wishes to withdraw/cancel the admission in a course/college, the candidate should approach the college where the admission is taken. Only after the college cancels the admission of a candidate, the candidate can proceed to take admission in other courses/colleges.
  4. Applying does not guarantee admission to the college.
  5. The college DOES NOT COLLECT DONATIONS in any form for admission. The college has not appointed any outside agency or individuals to select students for admission. If anyone approaches you promising admission on payment of money please bring it to the notice of the Principal.
  6. Forms incomplete in any respect will be rejected.
  7. Applicants who fail to deposit the prescribed fee within the period in the admission notice shall not be granted admission.
  8. Candidates desirous of taking admission in the college hostel should indicate in the admission form of college. Once college admission is complete, students should approach the hostel for registration along with fee receipt of college. After getting their fee receipt they should register themselves in the hostel.
  9. If any student does not report within 15 days of the commencement of the classes or stay absent from classes without any prior permission or relevant reason his/her name will be automatically struck off from the college.
  10. If any student achieves compulsory attendance and fills the examination form but due to some unavoidable circumstances unable to appear in the University examination he will be considered as an ex-student. He has to re-appear in future examinations as an ex-student.
